WORKS

EVERYTHING EVERYWHERE - FOR FUN

The movie, Everything Everywhere All At Once, has become one of my favorite films to watch. It was stuck on my brain so I created a quick animation using the eye-conic googly eyes and everything bagel.

This was created in After Effects and took about 2-3 hours to create.

DIAGNOSIS

“A mother learns how to be a good mother in the face of adversity after her son’s diagnosis.”

I worked as an assistant editor on this project. I organized, synced, and took notes of footage received. I also prepped & sent over the project file for the editor. Diagnosis has been selected in various film festivals and received numerous awards. View them here!

INITIATIVE

A very short short video about dungeons & dragons & friends! What was supposed to be a series of short clips for a VFX assignment was instead turned into a story. Scrambling within 48 hours I managed to: write, assemble a small cast and two-man crew, storyboard, and film. My roles were directing, writing, shooting, and editing on this project.

SUPERHEROES, ST.LOUIS ARC

While interning at Coolfire Studios, I was able to edit a series of videos for St. Louis Arc. These videos were viewed at St. Louis Arc’s annual gala in Spring 2018. This is a highlight of all three of those videos.

For context, here is St. Louis Arc’s mission statement: “The Mission of the St. Louis Arc is to empower people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families to lead better lives by providing a lifetime of high-quality services, family support and advocacy.”

GAY BASHER

A reporter digs deeper at a murder case, revealing a mysterious and daring vigilante in a small queer town. I worked as an assistant editor and DIT on this project. I assembled, organized, and synced RED footage for the editor.

Song: Easier to Fade Artist: A Himitsu (feat. Madi Larson)

I edited the song to fit within time constraints. For this video, I also used copyright free stock footage.

An alternative genre trailer, making My Name is Earl into a drama. This was made for my Advanced Edit & Color class at Webster University, Fall 2017.

 THE SMELL PROJECT
